As the proud daughter of immigrants and campo workers, I’ve battled depression, anger, and anxiety as a first-generation Latina. Despite earning my degrees and certifications, I felt overwhelmed seeing others’ success on social media. Therapy became my refuge, offering validation and perspective.
Now, as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters from CSULB and a Bachelor’s from UCLA, I’m here to support you through your journey.
