Fees

Sessions are $200.

This reflects the individualized, culturally responsive care you receive in each session, where we focus deeply on your goals, experiences, and emotional wellbeing.

Sessions

All sessions are 50–60 minutes.

This is your dedicated space each week or biweekly to slow down, process what’s coming up, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels supportive—not rushed.

Insurance

I am currently an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.

However, many clients are able to use their out-of-network mental health benefits for partial reimbursement. If needed, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider. If you have benefits, your insurance company can guide you on your specific coverage and reimbursement process.

Scheduling an Appointment

When you request an appointment, a credit card is required on file to secure your session.

Your card will be charged the $200 session fee for your initial appointment.

All payments are processed securely through my client portal.

Cancellation Policy:

Life happens, and I understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged the full session fee
